Areas of Interest

AI Agents

Autonomous AI agents are transforming how software is built and how economies work—systems that reason, plan and act on our behalf. From agentic engineering that builds software through conversation, to multi-agent systems coordinating complex workflows, to machine societies where artificial agents develop emergent behaviors—we are entering an era of human-agent collaboration.

Artificial Intelligence

We are at the dawn of human-machine collaboration. Large language models, multimodal AI, and reinforcement learning are converging into systems that understand intent, generate solutions, and take action. The shift from AI as a tool to AI as a collaborator is the defining transition of this decade.

Creator Economy

Every creative industry moves through three eras: Pioneer, Engineering, and Creator. Software itself has now entered its Creator Era — where natural language becomes the compiler, AI agents handle implementation, and the bottleneck shifts from engineering capacity to imagination. The tools that enable this shift are the most important infrastructure of our time.

Agentic Infrastructure

The web is being rebuilt for agents. MCP servers, agent registries, composable APIs, and open protocols are forming the infrastructure layer of the agentic economy — just as HTTP and DNS formed the infrastructure of the web. I build and study these systems, from LightCMS to LastSaaS to the Agent Almanac.

Spatial Computing

Spatial computing is reshaping how we interact with information — through augmented reality, smart glasses, and immersive 3D environments. Machine learning drives the perception systems that understand space, gesture, and context; and AI agents are beginning to act as intelligent coordinators within these environments, bridging the physical and digital in real time.

Games

Games have always been the frontier of real-time interactive technology — pushing 3D rendering, live infrastructure, and AI harder than any other medium. As a game director and infrastructure founder, I’ve spent decades at this edge. Games are now the proving ground for agentic systems: AI opponents, procedural content, and agent-driven narratives are redefining what it means to play.

“We are not building AI that augments software. We are building software that is native to AI — where agents are the architecture, and imagination is the compiler.”
